By analysing a short recording of the customer’s voice, the Platform is then able to build a voiceprint based on which the customer can be automatically recognized. Upon identification, the Voice Biometrics platform retrieves customer information form a CRM solution. The prototype features real-time identification over VoIP and customer information retrieval in a Web application.
